Bring one decision.
Build the boundary.
4SI works with selected institutions to place physical trust exactly where a digital claim becomes a consequential action.
Not a generic pilot.
A controlled answer to one real decision.
The Founding Institution Program is a structured pathway for a small number of qualified organizations to work directly with 4SI on one consequential workflow. Together, we determine whether a physical verification boundary can produce a useful, governable and measurable institutional decision.
Each engagement is bounded by an explicit use case, threat model, operating environment and evidence standard. Technical depth is disclosed progressively and only where qualification, confidentiality and evaluation requirements justify it.
See where Presence could enter your workflow.
Select an operating environment. The map shows the claim, consequence, physical question and governed result—without exposing protected technical mechanisms.
An autonomous system is ready to cross a consequential boundary.
The request is technically valid. Institutional policy still requires a real, accountable authority before execution may proceed.
Illustrative only. A program begins with the institution’s actual policy, controls, threat assumptions and accountable owner.
Five gates. Every stage must earn the next.
The program can stop whenever the problem, control or deployment conditions do not support a responsible next step.
Establish mutual fit.
Confirm institutional mandate, decision ownership, use-case seriousness and an appropriate confidentiality path.
- Core question
- Is there a consequential workflow with an accountable owner?
- Output
- Initial conversation
- Gate
- Proceed only when both sides can define a responsible scope.
Two sides of one
operating boundary.
A credible program requires institutional ownership and 4SI’s physical-trust discipline. Neither side substitutes for the other.
Context, ownership
and a real boundary.
- A consequential workflow with an accountable sponsor
- Access to relevant operational and policy stakeholders
- Clear constraints, existing controls and integration realities
- A willingness to evaluate limits as seriously as benefits
Architecture, discipline
and physical trust.
- Authority-boundary and threat-model framing
- Presence architecture and controlled technical access
- Integration, evidence and lifecycle design
- A staged path from concept to bounded evaluation
Serious collaboration requires clear limits.
These boundaries protect both parties and keep public claims aligned with what has actually been evaluated.
01Not a procurement shortcut+
Participation does not bypass security, legal, compliance or procurement requirements.
02Not open technical disclosure+
Protected mechanisms remain controlled and are disclosed only through an appropriate qualified process.
03Not an endorsement+
Exploration does not imply deployment, validation, exclusivity or public endorsement by either party.
04Not a universal claim+
Results remain specific to the workflow, threat model, environment and evidence actually evaluated.
Bring the decision.
We will map the gap.
Tell us what claim is being accepted, what consequential action follows and which physical reality your institution needs to establish.
