Current use
The public 4SI website uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice and technical request processing to deliver and secure pages. Signal Analytics is optional and is activated on www.by4si.com or by4si.com only after you select “Allow analytics.”
4SI does not deploy advertising cookies, third-party advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral trackers or social-media tracking widgets on the public website.

The site currently does not set a persistent advertising or analytics cookie. Browser terminology sometimes groups local storage, session storage and similar technologies under “cookies”; this policy covers all of them.
Hosting and essential security
Vercel processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser or device information, referrer, approximate location and security signals. This server-side processing occurs whether or not optional analytics is allowed and does not itself place an advertising cookie in your browser.
What optional analytics records
After consent, Signal Analytics records page path and title, referring domain, campaign parameters, link or button labels, screen class, language, visit duration, maximum scroll depth and a random session identifier. It does not record form values, passwords, keystrokes or cross-site browsing.
The service stores a daily rotating pseudonymous IP hash and truncated network prefix instead of the full IP. It may derive an approximate city and country and use IPinfo Lite, public RDAP, reverse DNS and GLEIF to infer network and organization-level context. Such attribution can be wrong and is not treated as proof of identity or employment.
Raw analytics events and their pseudonymous network and organization-attribution fields are automatically deleted after 90 days. Details about recipients, legal bases and rights are in the Privacy Policy.
Manage or withdraw consent
You may allow or reject optional analytics through the privacy notice or “Cookie settings” in the footer. Selecting “Essential only” stops future analytics and removes the browser analytics session identifier. Clearing site data also removes the saved preference, so the choice notice will appear again.
Blocking optional analytics does not prevent access to public content. Essential delivery and security processing cannot be disabled through the preference interface.

Signal Analytics remains off until you actively allow it.
